Our team of expert goldsmiths assists us in achieving and maintaining exceptional precision and detail throughout the process. We start by discussing what you are seeking and telling you how we can help you achieve your needs. Capital Wholesale Diamonds has created thousands of engagement rings and other types of diamond jewellery to our clients’ specifications.
No matter how complex your wish, we can understand your vision of a perfect ring, and we are more than confident we can work with your vision to develop a product that exceeds your expectations. We will not be satisfied until you are 100 percent happy with the finished product.
Step 1
The first step is to describe your ideas to us in general terms, provide images similar to what you are seeking or even an exact picture of your dream item. Of course, if you have preferences about the type of metal, colour, side stones, centre stone placement, or anything else, just let us know. Remember this is a one-of-a-kind piece that we are making from scratch for you. We can make any adjustments you want. This is the best part of custom-made jewellery. If you want the shank width to be 1.6 millimeters wide or 1.8 or 2.1, we will make it exactly to your specifications.
Step 2
The next step is to provide guidance on how we can meet your expectations within your available budget. Our team will help you further develop your design choices to begin the initial steps of production. We will go back and forth with you on changes and modifications and ideas for as long as you require, until you have the perfect design.
Step 3
Once you have chosen exactly what you want, we require a deposit to begin production of your unique custom-made piece of jewellery. We can provide a CAD image for approval. Once approved, you are one step away from having the finished product in your hands.
Step 4
Depending on many different factors, once we have received your deposit, and based on the complexities of your ring, it will take anywhere from two-four weeks to complete the metal work. Once everything is completed, and our quality controls are assured to be absolutely perfect, we will set up a day and time to meet to deliver your unique custom hand-made jewellery item.
